How to do a Drain Tank (standalone tank)

1. Take the lid off the tank.

2. Get the hose and tap from the side of the tank.

3. Open the tap (Open is in line with the pipe) put that in a bucket or watering can.

4. Switch on Drain pump switch, Top right hand side next to View Light button.

5. Let the water drain out till empty.

6. Switch off Drain pump, close tap and place hose back.

7. Wipe out the tank.

8. Take off the Sponge filters from the Air Circulation Pump in the bottom of the tank. Squeeze and rinse these out under a warm tap until the water runs clear. And put them back on.

9. Refill tank with fresh water and nutrient. (20 litres water and 120mls nutrients)
