How to manually Record a Sow Tray

If you are controlling your own Sow Tray events, instead of receiving Sow Tray tasks via the app, you will need to follow these steps whenever you start a new tray. 

It is VERY important you record your sow tray promptly and accurately, because you are effectively sending instructions to program your cabinet.

In the app, select the "Sow Tray" menu option. 

Step 1: Select a Seed Tray

The seed trays currently in your inventory are listed. If you wish to sow something new, please contact Evogro support.

Step 2: Check the sowing method and layout

After selecting a seed tray, the description and sowing method will be displayed. If you are unsure of contents of a seed tray, use the View Layout button to check the layout

Step 3: Sow the seeds

Using the appropriate sowing method and layout, sow the seeds in the tray, and place in the Evogro cabinet.

Step 4: Select the shelf

Select the shelf where you placed the new seed tray.

Step 5: Finish

To complete the procedure, press the Sow Now button.

It will take several minutes for the Sow Tray function to complete and update the database and shelf settings. Wait a few minutes then go to the layout view on the shelf you selected and check the data is accurate.
