General Usage Instructions

The Evogro Cabinet may only be used for growing plants according to the instructions provided by Evogro. Do not attempt to use it for any other purpose.
Do not stare at the Growing Lights.
Keep the door of your cabinet closed to reduce the light intensity.
Before commencing any work in the cabinet, activate the White View Light.
Treat edible plant material harvested from your Evogro as you would any other similar incoming fresh produce that would be consumed raw. Measures may include: Washing in fresh water; Double washing in fresh water; Washing in approved fruit & vegetable sanitizer.
Take care when harvesting to cleanly separate the edible plant material (stem & leaves) from non-edible plant material (roots, seeds and seed husks) and the growing media/substrate.
Hold the stem or stems of plants to be harvested and use scissors or snips to cut the stem of the plant 1cm above the level of the substrate. Lift the harvested stems and place in a clean container.
Always wash your hands or use gloves when working with the Evogro cabinet and performing crop husbandry tasks.
Store your Evogro related materials in a cool dry place, in a sealable box or close-able cupboard.
Never use growing media or fertilisers in your cabinet other than specified by Evogro.
Never put into your cabinet potted plants that have been grown outside your cabinet.
Keep your cabinet interior and exterior surfaces clean.
Rinse and clean tools after use.
Clean your growing trays in between crop cycles.
Do not reuse growing media.
Drain and clean your reservoir on the schedule specified.
Don’t harvest plants inside the cabinet.
Promptly remove any debris or decaying plant matter.
Report any observation of plant pests or diseases to Evogro. This may include plant discoloration or deformation or visible insects.
When replacing a tray ensure ensure it is properly connected.
After doing a task, remember to promptly click the ”Complete” button in the app. This is how you program the cabinet.
